As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 2 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We ship using United States Postal Services flat rate boxes, 2 day delivery. For rates and sizes click here. Shipping is FREE for any order over $50.00, shipped to one address. Once the items are shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you and determine the best course of action. We value our customers and will do our best to provide great customer service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are accepted on non-perishable items only. Items must be returned in their original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
